Shipping policy

At Disrupted Fashion Lab (DFL), every order is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.


Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. During new collection launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Rates & Delivery:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.


  • National orders (within Israel): Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after dispatch.
  • International orders: Estimated delivery time is 14–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.



We work with trusted shipping partners to provide reliable, trackable delivery worldwide.


Customs & Duties:

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other fees determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in DFL’s shipping rates.


Lost or Damaged Packages:

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, DFL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If your order arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact tomercitrin@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.


Order Changes:

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun. Please review all shipping details carefully before checkout
